- 300 g dark chocolate 90%
- 1/2 cup raw macadamia nuts chopped
- 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Ingredients

- Line a small tray with baking paper
- Chop, or break chocolate up into small pieces
- In a double-boiler, or glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, place 2/3 of the chocolate and stir until melted.
- Once melted, remove from heat.
- Quickly add in the remaining chocolate and stir until melted.
- Stir in the macadamia nuts.
- Pour mixture into your lined tray and sprinkle your salt evenly over it.
- Place tray into the fridge and allow to set for at least 20 minutes.
- Once solid, take out of fridge and use a knife to break up into rugged, uneven pieces.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge….if it lasts!
