My name is Naomi Ferstera and I am an exercise physiologist/exercise scientist, lecturer and nutritionist. I have two Bachelor degrees, Certificate IVs in Fitness and Training & Assessing and I’m in the middle of my Masters in Human Nutrition. I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years and currently run my own exercise physiology business.

My years of experience and knowledge of the latest research have led me to where I am today: a passionate advocate for Low Carbohydrate, High Fat (LCHF) diets and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). I’ve seen the success that the combination of these two approaches brings again and again. Nutrition Bootcamp

A program specifically designed for those that have:
